T&Cs
1.1 Payment is required in full in the instance of all course types (in person or online) prior to the course commencement date.
1.2 If a delegate can no longer attend a course giving 24hrs notice, delegates can be transferred to any other course at no extra cost.
1.3 Any course credits due to transfers must be used within 12 months of the original course booking date.
1.4 If a delegate does not attend or is unable to complete their training, all course fees inc attendance, examination, upload and admin fees are forfeited/become payable as applicable.
